Using structural aluminum profiles equipped with multiple and different guides, the assembly of these profiles is done simply with one tool.
Given its shape, ramps, single or double-pitched roofs, awnings, or even a demountable theater with all its accessories (front and rear curtains, wings, and lighting) can be constructed.
The 10 x 6 m pitched roofs for stages have official structural calculations to withstand sustained winds of up to 50 km/h and weights equivalent to 25 cm of snow per square meter (equivalent to 15 kg/m²).
The elevated structures are based on struts with manual lifting winches that allow the roof to be assembled at a convenient height and subsequently raised to the desired size.
The entire assembly is securely attached to the Sumescal platforms, and the structure is braced with stainless steel cables and tensioners, adaptable to any necessary assembly modifications.
